I complained to a hair dresser about bad service and now she wants to call me

to discuss...? Is this necessary or should my detailed email listing everything be sufficient??? I asked for a refund... and to me that is a simple yes or no answer.... Opinions welcome!!
 
I would go and talk to her because she will get how your feeling in person better then you can express in an e-mail. If you don't talk to her she might do the same thing to someone else. If it were me i would like the person to come talk to me so i don't make the same mistake again.
