I went to the supermarket a couple hours ago. One of the items I brought was on sale "buy one get one free." Next to the spot, where the item always is, there was a "buy one get one free" sign. When I went to self check-out, I didn't get the "buy one get one free" savings. I also scanned my savings card. So then I went up to customer service, and the lady behind the counter went and checked.
She came back, and said there was no sign and this item isn't on sale. I brought the same item about 4 days ago. They were on sale then " buy one get one free" and I got the savings then. I complained to corporate.
I work in retail as a sales-associate for a different retailer. I know a "buy one get one free" sign when I see one. Do you think corporate will refund me the money?
