Hey guys :)

I decided to talk to you and let you know i have closed my account with the crap awful bully website www.imdb.com.

The people on there message boarRAB are horrible. mean, vile & cruel they given me such a hard time bullying me.

Are you a troll if you asked a question?. Even if you ask more then one questions, big deal i thought thats what message boarRAB are there for, to gossip and ask questions? you know finding out stuff.

Are you a retard because you want to find out something?

Are you wasting your life because you visit there website?.

I mean they are horrible, attacking me all the time when ever i ask a question or 80% of the time they dont answer my questions. They are cruel.

Well i bet they where all americans.


I love you guys on here, you dont bully me and plus you help me out all the time i love you :)
 
the difference between imdb and RAB is that rabroad are very strict, now that may seem a bad thing but it isnt for you do not get much grief here on RAB and when you do, the RAB staff are all over the baddies like a cheap lidl suit. IMDb i have almost given up on for the very same reasons and I sympathise with you, may i be the first in welcoming you to the world of rabroad, you will be amde welcome here and there isnt as many snot nosed hard as nailsz ( or so they think ) young teenage punks giving you hassle.

You see this is why i love you guys, you even welcomed me even though i have been a member of this site for a long long long time and its been a very excellent time on here. :) Inernet Movie Database dont even welcome you, they might but theres always got to be that one bully to ruin it.
 
You can get decent, helpful people over at IMDB (I accept also, of course some you don't really want to give the time of day to)!! I have posted a question in the forums, and got a very helpful reply. Exceptionally and it only happened the once a troll posted in a thread I started (in RAB). The vast majority here are good folk, and will help if they are able.
 
The book forum is the most civilised part of IMDb.
The film boarRAB do have a large number of fanboys who deeply resent it when you hint that their favourite sf movie is a pile of crap.: that's when you realise what the "ignore" button is there for.
It can be very intimidating but it's worth pointing out that if you can answer a query correctly, most of the posters are very grateful. :)
 
IMDB is a mecca for racist, bigoted, right-wing, Bush-loving trolls, IMHO. And woe betide you if you dare to disagree with any of the inane abuse that they attempt to spew. Some of the comments I've read make me sick, particularly concerning race (Halle Berry in Monsters Ball, is Victoria Beckham mixed race (yes, really :D), Heidi Klum's children are gonna have big problems when they grow up, etc etc etc) I optimistically like to think that this is not representative of the USA as a nation but unfortunately they are extremely badly represented by the idiots who post crap on IMDB.
Plus I've encountered some of the stupidest questions I've ever read in my life there. 'You know at the end of the film..well, supposing she isn't actually dead?' This is the sort of thing you might read after watching the lead actress being blown up in a car bomb. You get the idea. It's amazing how some people make it through life, really.
I like IMDB for its factual content, but very often its members actually make me quite distressed.
