i change my timing belt for my 1993 Lexus ES300 but i forgot mark it now it crank

but it wont start? how can i fix fix the timing pulleys & sprockets

If you didn't line the gears up right the first time, you will have to tear it down and align them correctly. Until you do that it never will start.
