I challenge the PS3 fanboys....

because the xbox 360 is over a year old. dont you think its time to upgrade to new generation stuff and leave the last generation stuff behind?

If you loved Zelda: Ocarina of Time, then you will probably love "Dragon Quest VIII" (PS2). I know I do. Yes, I've reserved the next Zelda game, "Twilight Princess". I'll get a Wii when they become available. I can wait, I'm really in no hurry. The reason why I say that I can wait is because I'm waiting to see if everyone makes you buy a package deal which racks up the price real quick. If that is the case then I'll wait until the package deals fall through.

Now, imagine that the only way to get a PS3 would be to go through the package deal where you have to spend $850 with two games, two wireless controllers, a memory stick, the DVD remote, a subscription to Live, the S-video or HDMI cable, etc.

At least the XBox had a Halo version in green. But if I have to buy three games with my Wii - then I'll wait. I only want one game - Twilight Princess. I'm hoping that it is a 100 hour minimum game. I'm at hour 94 on Dragon Quest and I can see me playing it for at least another 25 hours (about 1 week's time.) I plan to be at power level 60 before I decide to take on the End Boss.

Nah, they release them a year apart so there isn't a whole lot of direct competition. Instead of one person buying one system over another, they have a year to get sick of the first one released and buy the next one. Both companies win. I saw this coming and waited, getting my PS3 as soon as my wave of pre-orders come in to Dallas.

The PS3 does have a leg up on the 360 as far as technology goes.
