I can't upload video files onto my Sony Ericsson phone with Media Go - Can anyone help?

I have updated my windows with all the updates available (I have XP Home Edition, Version 2002, Service Pack 3)
I have the most up to date Quicktime - (Version 7.6.4)
I have the up to date iTunes (Version 9).
I have un-installed Medio Go, and re-installed 3 times!!
The program stays it supports the mov. and mpeg4 files, but it won't! Please help!!!
 
When you plug your phone in, you will be able to see your 'phone' in the list of drives attached or installed. Open it and add your files to the media folder. Fancy software is not required.
