I can't think of a word!?

I am making my resume, and my previous jobs have only lasted about a year. The people who helped me make my resume said I needed to be _______, so they think I can hold a job down for longer than a year! I cannot for the life of me remember what they said. I think it started with an -i- Something that means, like dependable? Or Constant? HELP!!!
