I can't submit art because my file won't add on DeviantArt? Help?

The little loading document that tells you its uploading gets stuck half way into the box.
 
If you don't have any luck, leave it alone and come back to it later. I have the same problem from time to time, so try coming back in twenty minutes or so and see if it works then. There may be a large number of people trying to upload all at the same time, and it might be kicking you out to prevent a server overload.
