I can't start my Toyota Celica 03?

There's a small symbol appears in my car (person buckled up with safety bag), and I could not even start it. How can I fix?
Well the thing is even I use my viper remote to start it, it does not even work :(
 
Seeing you aren't really telling us anything all we can do is guess. I'm guessing it doesn't turn over at all. I am all so guessing it doesn't make any noise.

I will take a guess and tell you to check for a bad fuse,try another key if have have a anti-theft key and last take it to someone to replace your ignition switch.
