I really can't stand customers that complain, i really don't like it. If i were the customer i wouldn't complain. I think those that do have a really horrible personality. I think they are rude, ill-mannered, opinionated, arrogant, selfish and a whole host of other horrible attributes. I was brought up by my parents to treat people with respect, especially if i've never met them before. Those customers who raise there voice, shout and curse you really annoy me. What right do they have to behave like this? Of course, if there is a problem, obviously complain in a civilized, respectful manner, but it to treat people like someone the cats dragged in is totally wrong!
