I cant rip dvds bought from blockbuster?

Now first off this question is for dvds I have bought from blockbuster. I own the dvds and nothing I want to do is illegal.

Now I use handbrake on a macbook and whenever I try to rip movies with the little sticker on the center. Why please help thanks
