I can't receive picture messages or MMS on my Sidekick 08 phone.?

I have a Sidekick 08 and it won't let picture messages come through so I can see them occasionally it will work but it is far after the picture has been sent.
I have had my Sidekick 08 for over a year now so that is not the problem, I don't even get a text saying that my picture message cannot be viewed, it just...doesn't send.
I have even gone to my T-mobile acc and tried to view the albums but there is still nothing.
How can I fix this problem?
 
I have the same phone, but not had the same problem. Mine always send and receive. I wish I could help you, but honestly, I would suggest calling 611 customer service, and if they don't know where they answered, they might direct you to a sidekick tech. I've been directed to blackberry before and I think sidekick tech too.
 
Contact your mobile service provider. Customer Service Hotlines are free. Then ask them about this problem. It might be that your MMS settings in your fone aren't configured yet.
