I cant play youtube videos. I have reinstalled java and flash player and

enabled them sill no luck? I cannot play videos on youtube anymore. They page says i must enable java script or get the newest version of the flash player. I have done both and made sure they are enabled. It does his from time to time then magically starts working again later. I don't know how to fix this. I have also uninstalled both and reinstalled them.
