I can't load a "new game" on the PS2?

I've tried to play Kingdom Hearts - I can load my old game fine, but New Game leaves me staring at a blank screen. If I 'pause' the 'pause' thing shows up, and I can reset the game, but the starting FMV doesn't come up.

Any ideas?
 
catch up and get a ps3
it is alot better

but to awnsers ur question ur disk is either scracthed or ur ps3 broken or dirty

u may ned to clean it out
 
I think your game have a glitch/failure.
It could also be your Ps2 having problems while Reading the disc.
