I can't install the software for my digital photo frame - can anyone help?

During installation I get a security message saying that it hasn't been validated by Microsoft, and recommends that i stop installation. I have tried installing it anyway, but once installed, the programme won't open. I have Windows XP and the installation disc is for Samsung Frame Manager version 1.06.
