I can't get my spindle out from my bike(I have three piece cranks)?

I have three piece cranks on my Haro x5 and i can't get the spindle out from my bike. I originally had Haro brand three piece cranks on my bike and I am trying to put on Eastern Stealth cranks. The crank arms from my new Eastern ones do not fit on my old Haro ones. How do I get my spindle out?
