During the weekend I pulled up carpet and moved around furniture and after I was obviously pretty sore with moderate discomfort in my right arm. So I took a day to rest my muscles but then on Monday I suddenly had a white hot pain explode across my right bicep and now I can't fully extend my arm. Can someone tell me what I did and if I can just rest it or do I need to go to a pricey doctor?
I can't extend my arm fully.?
