I am a pretty active person,
I jog regularly and I eat healthily.
Ive just had surgery and noticed that Ive gained a pound within two weeks. I am not allowed to exercise or lift anything heavy. How can I continue to lose weight without exercise ?
It has to be a healthy method though, Ive been starving myself in the past and I hated how I looked even though Ive lost weight.
