I can't download adobe flash, I've tried everything, help?

Ever since the new Adobe Flash 10 has come out, I haven't been able to download it. So, I haven't been able to play any flash related games, or watch any flash related videos. I've tried absolutely everything, more than once, more than twice, some things, even three times. (btw, my default browser is firefox). I've tried downloading it just for firefox, and I've even tried downloading it just for internet explorer. Even google chrome. I've done everything, and I can still not seem to figure this out. PLEASE help me.

I've downloaded it directly from Adobe, and of course I've also tried clicking the link that says, "if download doesn't start automatically..." or whatever it was.
 
On the Adobe page you are downloading from, have you tried clicking on the link that says "if download doesn't start automatically, click here" try that, save the file, close your browser then find the file you downloaded and double-click it to install Flash.
