I cant decide what university - UCA Farnham or Bath Spa!!?

I went to visit both these uni's as I'm looking to do Art - however cannot decide between them....
My only negatives are:
Farnham - Minimalistic accommodation and smallish town (although small isn't always bad)
Bath Spa - I'll be at the Sion Hill campus which doesnt have a student union and everything is a bit far from each other!!

CAN ANYONE please tell me if they know more about these Unis and let me know with any advise or pros and cons!!
