Boxing, kickboxing, grappling like ju jitsu or judo, now heres the Pros and cons Boxing pro: simple enough to learn, great self deffense, lose some pounds. cons: Might get aurthoritous soon, striking is hard but am willing to get better, kickboxing pros: good self deffense, stay in shape have good kick more technich, cons tried it once and got frusterated, cant tell left from right right away. Grappling art pros: am a big strong guy whos good at submisions cons: I cant scan my brain quick enough to come up with things right away im worried I will take it for years and I will only be able to do a few moves cause all the other moves are in the back of my head.
