I Can't Dance - I Need Dancing Help!?

My friends having a boy-girl dance party soon and I have one problem -- I CANT DANCE! She said it's kinda gonna be a disco theme and I definely don't know how to dance at an '80's party sooo... Also she's inviting the guy I like (and I already know he likes me) and I'm afraid I'll embaress myself. I'm only in 5th grade by the way. ANY help is appreciated! Thanks in advance! Also, what kind of hairstyle should i do? Like beach waves, updo, not an Afro though. ;)

& i know this sounds gay, but if your friends were true friends they would let you practice on them. ahaha JUST FOR PRACTICE! haha. that way you will know what it feels like to dance with someone ya know what i'm saying?
