I can't Connect!!!!!!

I can not connect to a network. I am on DSL, and I think that I;m behind a firewall. I have been behind a firewall for some time, and it worked fine. This was just recently, and I haven't changed a thing. Iknow that I'm being vague, and I don't know alot about this program, but could some one help me please? Thank you in advance.
 
I also cannot connect! I am using gnotella...have uninstalled and reinstalled many times...still wont connect to the network...whats the deal???!!! Somebody help me here!!!!
 
sitting behind a firewall dows not automatically mean that Gnutella clients don't work ... only if the ports are closed.

Probably your sys-admin shut down the ports now?
 
Something has been F*&^ed with by our service providers. I'm guessing they are blocking the port used by Gnutella. I can't even connect to the host list as of today. Everything was working fine yesterday at this time.
