X Xavier New member Sep 20, 2009 #1 I have a HP pavilion dv4 and a Philips 28' LCD. To conncet it I have a HDMI to DVI-D. The HDMI on the laptop and the DVI-D on the TV. After I connected it and truned it on it appeard on the TV but then it stopped and stared showing on the Laptop.
