I tried setting up a pin over the telephone and when I did, I put in my SSN and then it asked me for my weekly benefit amount and I did, then it tells me that the information that I put in is incorrect! What happened?! I was also contacted by an EDD rep and they said at first I was unable to receive benefits because I didn't look for work, but after clarifying that I did, they said that they will correct the error for me and I'll still receive benefits. I haven't received one check yet and I filed my claim on Dec 3 2010.
I had another quick question as well. I work part time and my weekly benefit amount is $83 and I also work part time. Lets say that I earn $100 from working for one week. Will I still earn any benefits for that week?
