I Can't Change the Ringtone of my Cellphone Samsung SGH T109, Help?

I recently got this cellphone from T-Mobile, since my last phone broke( it was a Nokia). This one is a pre-paid Samsung SGH T109 but I have a plan already so I just changed the SIM Card. The problem is that the same ringtone "T-Jingle" always rings eventhough I changed it to "Basic Tone" or anything else. I even assinged a ringtone to my contacts and it still rings the same everytime when I get a call. How can I change it?
