Just found out that one of the recipes featured in the book, isn't on the
website!!

Proscioutto-wrapped Tuna on Pepperonata.

I bought some *fantastic* tuna steaks the other day, and we have some
proscuitto in the freezer, so I think the SO will be having that very soon
for dinner.

I never buy cookbooks since I can find what I need on the net, plus my
mom keeps buying me cookbooks that I never use.

However, at the grocery store the other day, they had a bin of 75% off
cookbooks and I bought 2. One is Alex Haas /Everyday Low Carb cooking/
and the other is /The recipe hall of fame cookbook/ Winning recipes from
Hometown America. Haven't looked much at either yet. This weekend.

Will do in the next day or so.

The SO's Mum , Eileen, just passed away a couple hours ago.
Not in the mood for transcribing at the moment.

Thanks Atec.

Been a rough few days, but we're over the worst of it..... till the
funeral.

Thankfully the old duck listened to me many, many years ago and wrote down
all her wishes for the service etc. I *really* didn't want to be fighting
with the other family members because what they wanted was not what she
wanted. She had entrusted me with the arrangements for her service and
interment.... because she felt that her kids would fall apart (rightly so)
and she needed a 'rock' to get everything done.

Now I just have to help deal with a parasitic fucking lawyer who's tryting
to wring as much out of her death as possible.

$1,300 for *3* fucking phone calls????!!!!!!
