I can't beat the final the final Johto gym leader (Clair)!?

Ok, I have tried twice to beat her but I can't, the two Pokémon that I use (for the most part) are:

Level 48 Feraligatr. Surf, Crunch, Ice Fang and Whirlpool

and

Level 30 Ampharos. Thunder Punch, Thunder, Thunder Wave and Focus Punch.

what other Pokémon should I use to beat her. I can beat everything but her Kingdra. What should I do in order to beat it?
 
JUMPLUFF! or hoppip, either. Grass really helped me agaisnt her. i suggest going back and beating any trainers u skipped awhile back, and then taking that money to stock up on revives or full restores ect. :) hope i helped.

anddd, you could check the global trade for some hardcore electric and grass pokemon.
