I can't add apps in my iphone?

I have my restrictions on at my jailbroke IPhone, and I just deleted an app of mine. I want to add another app, so i connected my phone to my laptop. Problem is, when iTunes came out, the app section for my iPhone is blurred! I can't do anything about it. So how can i add apps to my iphone in this state?

I'm not an expert on jailbroken iPhones, but from what I understand you can backup all the data normally like you could on a non jailbroken iphone. Make sure you backed up first. Check to see if your memory is full on your iPhone, you may need to delete some podcasts or apps or something. If you are still having trouble, you can do a factory reset and then redo the jailbrake and reinstall the apps and stuff.
