i cannot transfer files to my Creative Zen 4GB. the recover tool doesnt work on

my PC this only started today! i searched this question on yahoo answers and tried the recovery tool thats what it says on one of the answers but when i downloaded the Recovery Tool it wouldnt start up when i clicked it. I'm Sooooooooo Mad Please help meee!!!
