I cannot locate the IMEI code for my LG AX265 cell phone. Where is it?

I punch in the *#06# & it doesn't do anything. I don't have a SIM card. How do I unlock this phone?
I HAVE checked where the battery is and there i no IMEI #. Any other suggestions?
