when i want to install a theme, it says certificate error or expired. even other application also the same. at first i thought my phone is only compatible with extension .sisx not .sis but when i try install theme or any application with .sisx , the same problem occurs. i check software installation is all and online certificate check is off (even i switch to on or must be passed) but this problem is keep constant.
