I cannot install a game on my computer (windows 7)?

I've installed Windows 7 on my computer, now it's blocking me from installing a game - how do enable it to install it? Is there a feature I need to activate/deactivate? Please help
The game I want to install is TUMBLEBUGS 2. Or does anyone know of a site I can download the same game which doesn't have such restrictions?
