I can`t activate Iphone 3GS "iTunes couldn`t connect to the iTunes Store"

Iphone 3GS 16Gb MC132 from UK
Serial number xx016xxxxxx
Baseband 05.12.01
Bootloader 6.4
I can`t activate this iphone iTunes shows this error "iTunes couldn`t connect to the iTunes Store. The network connection was reset. Make sure your network connection is active and try again." I tried on other computer and with iTunes 9.1 and 9.2
Please help me to activate this iphone.

Change usb cable or try to restore your iphone

I changed 3 usb cable, when i tried to restore it with 3.1.3 fw iTunes gave error 3194

first check your internet.if ok......

than just format 'c' drive and setup sp again all will be ok
