I can start my scooter with a screwdriver. yamaha key replacement?

Would there be any way that I could get a replacement key for my yamaha RAZZ (1996) scooter? I bought it the other week at a flea market for a really great price, and that was the only problem with it.

Where could I find a new key&lock?

I am not just missing the key, there is literally a hole where the lock should be
 
easiest way is to take the lock out and take it to a locksmith. he'll make you a key and spare without replacing the whole lock. if you can't get the lock out, have the locksmith come to your house
 
If theres a hole where the lock should be, the first thing I would do is take to your police dept. to see if its stolen. If its not stolen go to the local Yamaha dealer and order a new lock for it.
