It will not let me, it is like it is in a HOLD position.
I have tried F11, and F7, and ctrl and arrow down key....none is working. I also tried right clicking for properties, but that doesn't come up when I right click. I am using XP, and firefox and I8, also tried chrome and opera....I just can't scroll down!! HELP!!!
