here is exactlyw hat i did
-got an iphone as a gift (tmobile is my provider though so i am trying to unlock the iphone)
-downloaded redsnow and all the iphone restore stuff you need along with it
-restored the iphone
-went into redsnow and choose the correct ipsw file
-checked the box for intall cydia
-did the three steps with all the buttons
-it went to the rebooting thing and then to the "done!" part
-now my iphone says downloading jailbreak data
alright now once it finsihes that i go to the home screen to go to cydia and begin the unlock process but i cant even find cydia. it didnt apear to have even downloaded.
this is about my seventh time trying this and i am getting quite sick of it.
i was so incredibly psyched to have an iphone finally and now im stuck.
if anyone has any tips or ANYTHING please please please help me out!
