i can feel anything im numb whats wrong with me?

i used to feel and be fine but for years now i have felt nothing inside no happyness or love or sadness or anything what could be wrong? have had depression and anxiety before and im not on any medication. and never taken drugs or drink. i did take antidepressants a few years ago which i had a major panic attack with never took the tablets again after that and had anxiety really bad up n til last year and i still get anxiety butnot as often i just feel nothing now x someone help i need to find answers x
