I can cook lasagne in its metal tray with a microhood from kenmore with model

number: 665.68680891 ? I got this lasagna to cook, but Id like to know if I can do it in its original metal tray it comes in, using my microwave or micro-hood from Kenmore with model number 665.68680891.

Also Id like to know if I can use this micro-hood as conventional oven, like some other Kenmore micro-hoods do.
