Every time I try to install the Java Runtime Environment on my computer, I get an error 1722 message. It tells me that, “There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. Contact your support personnel or package vendor.” I don’t know what I can do about this, but I need to get it fixed. Is there a patch or anything I need to get?
