Today i had cross country practice and i thought i was going to do very good. but i came in last and i feel very sad cuz i thought i was better than that. and i might get teased and theyll think im bad. we all went separate routes with our group and i think we went like 5 miles ive never done that far b4. i had to go behind them most of the time cuz i couldnt catch up
and were we meet i was the last one to get to the ending point. they were all like cmon. i was only like 5 mins behind the person that was b4 me. i think i came in last because we went further than we had to. but i still am dissapointed that i couldnt keep up. my chset was hurting me. it was also the first practice. do you have any tips for me when running or a way to build endurance? and should i be worried that i wont do good ever? should i quit the team? please help me i have no confidence. very much appreciated
