Before i left for dance camp i was 88 5'4,

when i got HOME i was 84.

Today i went to ballet class and my teacher was like "Oh! you look so good it looks like you gained weight!" and i know i need to gain Weight but that really hurt and i just don't get how i could look like i gained weight when the scale says i lost. I did Binge Really really bad yesterday when i came home b/c of being in starvation for so long! but could i have gained Weight that much!

to make it worse a mom came over and felt my arms and was like "yay! it looks like you put on alot of weight in your arms!" and i felt like crying and i was just like F* u but i didn't say that i feel so awful now! i dont want to weigh myself b/c i ate like 8 billion calories yesterday (like a box of pop tarts, 3 bowls of cereal, 3 peanut butter sandwiches, ice cream, lots of cheese and crackers, spinach dip and a burrito w/ a milkshake) ya i know. please help!

I know it sounds dumb, but your mom and your teacher probably think they're doing a good thing with those comments. They probably think that if they remark that you gained weight, but are happy and positive about it, that YOU will in turn associate gaining weight with happiness and positiveness.

I'm sure in fact, you don't actually look bigger if the scale says you lost weight; you may look the same even. However, they may not want to point it out if it looks like you lost weight or stayed the same, because they may think that's encouraging you somehow to lose weight.

I understand you feel bad about what they said, but really it was meant as a complement on your efforts to recover.

after eating all that of corse your gunna look bigger loll, not a problem just fast tormwo (not eat anything) to let the food you ate go threw your system, and the day after just eat small amouts of food
