I called walmart to see if they had any Wiis at 1am

they said they had 2 of them left i asked if they were in the case, they said no, you have to come in and ask an employee to get it for you, they are stored in the management office... COOL..

so i jump in my car and rush out there.. took about 4 minutes to get there, i go in and ask the manager on duty that i'm here for a wii, she goes ok, let me go get you one.. she comes back with nothing and says we have 2 on hand but i can't find them, she goes they are suppose to be locked up in the store managers office, but they aren't there..


so no wii i guess for my little cousin this xmas
 
i said to her, is this a top priority to find these wiis then, since you can't find them, i said prolly a employee took them and stashed them away for a purchase later or something, she goes you know that can't happen..i said i dunno that, as far as i know you want them, and are holding it until you get a break...she just looked at me like

i just called out there after waking up here at 6am, i said did you find those wiis, she said yeah, and they are gone, they went fast after we found them..
guaranteed some manager/employee put them up for themselves
 
dude same thing happened to me but with a ps3.

called for a wii, they said no so I asked if they had any ps3s. One lady said she had a 20 gig so I asked if she could hold it for me, she said sure.

Get down there within an hour (as she asked) and she says let me go find it. Then she tells me the box she saw was empty.

I get a raincheck for a 60gig and start driving back. Then she calls me up like 15 minutes later saying she found the 20gig.

My friend picked up the 20g and I said I'd hold out for the 60 gig.
 
WalMart employees FTL. They've blatantly lied to me just so they didn't have to help me. The other day this guy told me that a navigation system I was interested in didn't come with the necessary software, then he told me to go to radioshack That place is terrible, I only go there if nobody else has something or if the price is significantly better.

i called walmart and asked to speak with the store manager on my wii bullshit from last night.. he said they have some on order which should arrive today around 11am CST and would call me if and when they show up
