I brought a honda honet 250.but the problem is its noise.i want to stop that

If the problem is exhaust noise then yes, a new silencer might fix it - assuming there is nothing else wrong with the exhaust system. But a new silencer will not fix gearbox or engine noise. Your question is not specific enough.
