I broke the tip off of my 3.5 mm that connects my satellite radio to the aux input...

...on my car stereo? half of the tip of the 3.5 mm (headphone jack) is stuck in the aux input. is there anyway to get this out?
 
These sometimes have a wire or a thin metal pin attached to them that you might be able to grasp with a pair of very small needle-nose pliers.
If not, someone will have to disassemble your car stereo to get to the jack holding the broken plug.
