alot of sq build up around it? I broke my leg and I got my cast off but my ankle cannot bend which stops me from standiong up stright and walking with an aircast also their is a build up of tissue ( not sure if its tissue but its soft and squishy) i belive its around the joint between my foot and leg why is this and is it serious
