I haven't broken anything yet-but it sounds like what you did was painful. And I agree-might as well go in style if your gonna' have that thing on your leg "forever". -lol-

It's good that you don't live in a house with stairs-Mine has 3 different sets of stairs-and that sucks. I will have to have surgery on my foot soon. :sad: And there will be a post about that commin' up.
 
That's terrible! But if it makes you feel any better, my dad recently dropped a 100 pound motor on his foot and had a screw drilled up into his big toe so that it wouldn't remain severed after his accident. :D GL!
