What can I do with this tulle? I bought it from a yard sale and I bought ALOT of it! I mean a few bolts bc I thought i could make some for my nieces! Any suggestions?!?! I still want to make tutus but is there a way to "soften" the tulle or not get the prickly, cut edges? I feel like such an idiot!
I bought the wrong tulle to make tutus for my little girl. It is stiff and when it is cut, it jas rough edges.?
