I bought the new samsung seek and i like it just one problem with it?

i have a 16gb micro sd card it supports up to 32gb and i got some games from online(not from sprint shop) but i cant find the file manager i formatted it and i put it in my phone it knows its there but i cant do anything with it wheres file manager and how do i get it. i dint want to transfer stuff through usb either cause then i have to pay for that to so.... plz some one help if it works you just got 10 points
