$250, can they take it to court? I bought a bass guitar for $500, i know i paid them a payment of $250 and then 2 payment of $125. They claim I only paid $125 in 2 separate payments. Now they're threatening to take me to court, what can they actually do if neither of us has any proof of how much i paid? I live in Ohio if it helps at all.
